THE AUTHOR

Irene Oestrich, a psychologist and professor, is among Denmark's leading experts in cognitive therapy and the author of several books, including Let Go of Your Worries. She is director of a centre for cognitive therapy, a clinician and specialist in cognitive therapy, supervision and cognitive coaching. In addition, she is a popular lecturer.
