ABOUT THE BOOK
Why is turning your back on sugar such
a good idea? And does that necessarily mean that sugar is banned
for life?
Charlotte Hartvig gives the answers to
these questions, summarizing her many years of experience as well
as the latest tricks and tools in Beat Your Sugar Cravings, a
potent book useful for those who're in the bad habit of eating too
much sugar, and for those to whom sugar isn't just a habit to get
rid off, but a phenomenon that decreases their quality of life and
is close to driving them mad.
Without any raised fingers, but full of
solid, tangible advice and a touch of humor, the book provides you
with:
- The tools to get rid off your sugar cravings
- Step by step guidelines
- Nutritional insight
- An understanding of your motivation
- A future of freedom
Yet as long as sugar remains a
compulsion, something you crave so much you're willing to lie to
get your hands on it, the solution must be some sugar free
alternatives, alternatives that are juicy, sweet and crunchy. Thus,
the book also contains Majbritt Hansen's delicious recipes for
cakes and cookies, muffins and sweets, mousse and ice-cream
desserts, all with calculated calories so that you can always keep
track of your intake while enjoying sweets once in a while -
without gaining weight.
