Bitzy Kitchen is
a no nonsense cookbook with 100 recipes that are tremendously
nutritious, bursting with flavour and easy to make. A follow-up to
the bestseller Bitz Your Health, this book is based on the
same basic principles: Good health should be available to everyone
and must never become rooted in fanaticism or fade into the realm
of the impossible.
Christian Bitz has
developed five principles for good health, and in collaboration
with Chef Rasmus Bredahl, these principles sit at the core of his
delicious meals:

Christian Bitz writes for
several Danish magazines, inspiring and motivating people to embark
on a sustainable, healthier lifestyle. He holds a Masters Degree in
Nutrition and is a lecturer on nutrition and health.
