THE AUTHOR
Cecilie Sofie Svensson is 32 years old and the mother of two. She is all too familiar with handling a busy pace and juggling tasks, all of which is required to get everything done on a daily basis. Ever since she was a child, she has had a passion for food, especially sweets, which she always manages to make time for. In addition to baking cakes, Svensson has spent five years as a designer in the fashion industry, but she is now studying for a university degree in Danish.
