ABOUT THE BOOK
In her new and beautiful cookbook,
Katrine Klinken serves up an abundance of mouth-watering recipes
based on all sorts of shellfish: red, black, fresh and frozen.
Though the book includes dishes made for a fun-filled evening in
the company of family or friends, its principal philosophy is that
shellfish isn't merely party food! Hence, Katrine Klinken also
offers delicious dishes intended for everyday meals.
The book includes a thorough
examination of the various shellfish, seasonal- and product
quality, followed by recipes for starters and tapas, main courses
and lunch menus, dishes with raw shellfish, soups, salads, everyday
meals as well as "sea and land" - 75 delectable recipes in all,
each one illustrated with gorgeous photographs. Furthermore, a
number of her techniques are accompanied by step-by-step
illustrations.
