This year's barbeque cookbook is written by British-born Paul
Cunningham, chef and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant 'The
Paul' in Copenhagen.
Paul Cunningham sets an unceremonious, informal tone when
guiding the reader through a range of easy and delicious recipes
for a perfect evening around the barbeque.
The book contains recipes for grilled meats, fish- and shellfish
courses, accompaniments, small dishes, dips, marinades, dressings,
deserts and drinks.
It offers excellent advice on barbequing techniques, suggestions
for different menus and new ways of mixing and combining in every
imaginable manner.
Each menu is composed so as to make up a complete and harmonious
meal while also encouraging the reader to create new and inventive
combinations.
