well as fruits and vegetables on a daily basis.

THE AUTHOR
Sandra has cooked almost since she
could walk, and cooking is without a doubt her biggest passion. Her
mission is to make her costumers feel some of that pleasure every
Italian feels when it comes to food made with love and care. She
runs the catering company Intermezzo da Sandra
(www.im-dasandra.dk), which features homemade, primarily organic
and delicious food that provides the body with optimal energy.
