ABOUT THE BOOK
For more than 15 years Morten Heiberg has earnestly worked to inspire home-cook gourmets and those who love desserts to make better cakes and other sweet delights. THE AUTHOR
Morten Heiberg and his company Dessertcirkus are known for their fabulous desserts, chocolates, and cakes. He is the author of 10 cookbooks, including Temptations and Chocolate Temptations. He is also a food writer for Bo Bedre, and each year he gives more than 50 talks and offers chocolate tastings in Denmark, Japan, and China.
