ABOUT THE BOOK
For more than 15 years Morten Heiberg has earnestly worked to
inspire home-cook gourmets and those who love desserts to make
better cakes and other sweet delights. From the very beginning
Heiberg set out to motivate both children and adults alike to take
up the spatula and produce marvelous cakes and other desserts in
their own kitchens.

Delights, the Danish pastry chef offers no less than 70 recipes for
delicious muffins, cupcakes, and layer cakes. Heiberg invites cooks
to make sweet-tasting cakes for dessert, but also to try savory
muffins as a good alternative for lunchbags or a light snack.

THE AUTHOR
Morten Heiberg and his company Dessertcirkus are known for their
fabulous desserts, chocolates, and cakes. He is the author of 10
cookbooks, including Temptations and Chocolate Temptations. He is
also a food writer for Bo Bedre, and each year he gives more than
50 talks and offers chocolate tastings in Denmark, Japan, and
China.
