ABOUT THE SERIES
The famous Seasons has
cooked up a virtual feast of new favorite dishes, and this time the
Seasons' chefs have invited some of their friends to join them in
the kitchen in order to ensure diversity and variety in terms of
taste.
Together they have written
a book of new classics - favorite food to serve at everyday
mealtime as well as big-shot dishes for when you're acting the host
in all 200 recipes.
This is food with flavors
from all over the world, food that brings nature into the kitchen,
food that makes the antioxidants dance and serves up a bunch of
savory experiences.

THE AUTHORS
The recipes in the book
are created by the well-known Seasons chefs Søren Ejlersen
(co-founder), Thomas Hess and Sanne Venlov, as well as by the
talented guest Chefs Carsten Kyster, Umahro Cadogan and Pernille
Skjødt - all of them seasoned cookbook authors.
