ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Mette Blomsterberg is a pastry chef and manager of the popular Café Glyptoteket in Copenhagen. She has her own television programme, The Sweet Life, on Danish national television, in which she shares her expertise on how to please the sweet tooth.

The programmes has also been sold to both Norwegian and Swedish TV.
